I slowly descended the stairs into the entertainment area. The goblins were startled when they saw me. Some of them grabbed their spears and immediately stood up. I kept walking forward calmly and moved into the center of them. Suddenly, I began speaking in their language at a basic level. I told them I wasn't an enemy—that I was a human goblin supporter from another dimension.
When they heard me speaking their own language, they were completely shocked. They all kept staring at me, studying me. One of them asked if I could speak their language. In response, I told them that as a goblin supporter, I knew the goblin language, and that I had come here as their mysterious supporter to check on them and spend time together. As I spoke, I made sure to shift my voice into a confident tone.
Impressed by my sheer confidence, one of the goblins asked how I had gotten inside. I answered that I had suddenly appeared within the nest because I was a supporter. Upon hearing this, the goblins called the guard goblins to the same spot. The guards told the others they had never let him in. After the goblins confirmed this, the others grew even more astonished.
"As a supporter, I have come to bless you! Step forward, and I will bless you with luck, goblins!"
After my words, the goblins excitedly lined up. I pretended to bless each one of them with my hands, one by one.
"May luck be with you, noble goblins!"
The goblins believed that luck would come to them. They kept making sounds of joy. After I had blessed all of them, a curious goblin stepped forward.
"If you're a supporter, what happens if we fight you?"
"Any goblin who strikes me will be cursed with misfortune for the rest of their life!"
Hearing this, the goblins were stunned and continued to believe my words.
"Now let's have a good, fun time together, goblins! Let's drink our wine!"
I raised my hand into the air. The excited goblins raised their hands along with me. We played games together for a while. I made an effort to entertain them. Most of them had gotten drunk and passed out.
I was sitting on a wooden chair across from one of the goblins. In front of us was a small wooden table, and our drinks were on it. The goblin pulled out a deck of playing cards and began shuffling them with his hands. I followed his hand movements with my eyes as he shuffled.

"Let's play a simple game we goblins play. I'll lay out fifty-two cards face down on the table. You'll try to remember the matching pairs and pick them. If you can't remember a matching pair, it'll be my turn, and I'll try."
"I understand."
It seems like an interesting memory game the goblins have. They might be smarter than I thought. They may have believed me because I played along with their fantasy.
The goblin laid the cards face down in rows and told me to start. I had watched him shuffle the cards in his hands, so I had already calculated the potential positions of all fifty-two cards in my mind. Without giving him a single turn, I managed to recall every matching pair in succession from the face-down cards he had laid out. I had won the game.
The goblin across from me—and the other goblins watching us—were completely dumbfounded.
"How is this possible? Could this be the power of the goblin supporter?"
"As supporters, we must be intelligent. This is my ability!"
"What incredible power!"
The goblins kept growing more and more astonished. Because of what I had done, they began to believe in me even more.
"In return, show me that potion room, goblin. I'm curious about what's inside."
"Of course, master!"
We made our way to the potion room together. I had noticed the potion room while we were talking. When I entered, it looked like a small storage room. There were various potions. The goblin was telling me about the history of these potions.
"What's that small potion in the red glass bottle?"
"Master, that is the physical mind potion. It doubles the physical abilities of whoever drinks it."
The more I spoke with the goblins, the better I began to understand their language.
"What is the physical mind?"
"The physical mind is the mind of the body, master. Since ancient times, it has been believed that our bodies also possess a mind. If you understand this mind and reach it, it is believed you will have no physical limits."
"I see. Well then, can you give me one of those potions? You seem to have plenty, and it caught my interest."
"Of course, I can give you one."
The goblin handed me one physical mind potion. I took it with my left hand and placed it in my pocket.
"Thank you, child. I won't forget your name."
"Thank you, master."
The goblin believed the kindness he had done would bring him luck. I pointed at the white potion with my right finger.
"What's the history of this potion?"
The goblin moved to my right and focused, beginning to tell the history of the white potion. I pretended to listen and took the keychain from his pocket.
"I will bless you with luck, goblin. Thank you. I'm going to have a little more to drink now."
"Very well, master. Thank you."
The goblin bowed his head respectfully.
Most of the goblins were still passed out from the alcohol. One of them came up and told me that the goblin king had summoned me to his chamber. When I heard the name of the goblin king, I felt a tightness inside, but I didn't let it show on my face. I nodded in acknowledgment. He said the king's chamber was on the lowest floor and that he would escort me to the king's door. We began walking toward the king's chamber together.
The goblin king, huh... Let's see what happens.
